Member of the Association of Child Psychotherapists and trained at UCL/Anna Freud Centre and in the USA, I have over 20 years of experience supporting families privately, in CAMHS and fostering agencies.
Together, we can develop a deeper understanding of your child's experiences and challenges, helping manage worries, navigate transitions, and increasing their resilience.
With an evidence based approach and in a nurturing setting, I draw on years of work experience treating a range of difficulties and managing complex cases.

I offer short and long term therapy, parent consultations and supervision.

How I work
I am dedicated to supporting children and young people as they navigate the challenges of growing up. My goal is to help them better understand their minds, manage emotions, strengthen resilience, and build healthier ways of communicating with others.
My approach is grounded in attachment theory, trauma-informed practice, mentalization, and psychoanalytic thinking. These perspectives guide me in creating a safe and supportive space where each child can explore their experiences, develop self-awareness, and discover new ways of relating to themselves and the world around them.
I believe that therapy is not about “fixing” a child, but about working together to unlock their capacity for growth and fulfillment. By understanding the meaning behind behaviors and emotions, children can find new strategies to cope, while parents and carers gain insight into how best to support them.
It is a privilege to walk alongside young people and their families as they develop the tools to meet life’s challenges with confidence, curiosity, and hope.
